Senior Industrial Architect
Location: Ashdod, Israel



As a Senior Industrial Architect at our firm in Ashdod, Israel, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of industrial buildings and facilities. We are seeking a highly skilled individual with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the field and a passion for creating efficient and functional spaces.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the design process for industrial projects from concept to completion
- Develop detailed plans, layouts, and specifications in accordance with client requirements
- Conduct site visits to gather information and assess project feasibility
- Collaborate with engineers and other specialists to ensure structural integrity and compliance with building codes
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on project progress
- Mentor junior architects and provide guidance on design principles and techniques

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Industrial Architect
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other design software
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations related to industrial facilities
- Strong understanding of construction processes and materials used in industrial projects
- Excellent communication skills in English (Hebrew is a plus)
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary: $1500/month (negotiable based on experience)

This is a full-time position with accommodation provided for non-local candidates. The ideal candidate would be an Indian national or someone who has experience working with Indian clients.
