Technical Support Specialist


We are in need of a Technical Support Specialist to join our team in Kaunas, Lithuania. As a member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our clients, both remotely and on-site. Your main duties will include troubleshooting hardware and software issues, installing and configuring computer systems, and maintaining accurate records of all support activities. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1500$ per month.

Requirements:
- Indian national preferred
- Fluent in English (Lithuanian language skills are a plus)
- Previous experience in technical support or related field
- Knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networks
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt quickly to changes
- Valid visa for working in Lithuania (visa sponsorship available)

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical assistance to clients via phone, email, or in-person visits
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and escalate more complex problems to senior team members
- Install and configure computer systems according to client requirements
- Maintain accurate records of all support activities using our ticketing system
- Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex technical issues
- Keep up-to-date with latest technologies and trends in the industry
