Part-Time Concierge (Indian Nationals Only) in Kaunas, Lithuania


We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Indian national to join our team as a Part-Time Concierge in Kaunas. As a concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring their needs are met during their stay. This is an English speaking job, so fluency in English is a must.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out procedures
- Provide recommendations for local attractions, restaurants, and activities
- Arrange transportation services for guests as needed
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to fulfill guest requests
- Maintain a clean and organized lobby area at all times
- Utilize the hotel's reservation system to make bookings for guests

Requirements:
- Indian nationality with valid work permit or able to obtain one
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
- Availability to work on weekends and holidays if needed

Working Hours:
This is a part-time position with flexible working hours. The typical shift is 8 hours per day, 3 days per week.

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1400$ per month for this position.
