Part-Time Concierge for Indian Nationals in Kaunas



We are currently seeking a Part-Time Concierge who is fluent in English and of Indian nationality to join our team in Kaunas. As a concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests and ensuring their stay is comfortable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in procedures
- Provide information about the hotel, local attractions, and transportation options
- Make reservations for guests at restaurants, shows, or other activities
- Arrange transportation for guests as needed
- Handle guest requests such as room service, housekeeping, or maintenance issues
- Maintain knowledge of hotel policies and procedures to effectively assist guests
- Handle guest complaints or concerns in a professional manner and escalate if necessary
- Keep the lobby area clean and presentable at all times

Requirements:
- Must be fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Must be of Indian nationality with valid visa to work in Kaunas (own visa preferred)
- High school diploma or equivalent education required (12 pass jobs)
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
