We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our dynamic team in Atlanta. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for leading the design and management of various projects, ensuring their successful completion within budget and on schedule. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent design abilities, and extensive knowledge of architectural principles and practices.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and management of multiple architectural projects simultaneously
- Develop initial concepts, designs, and construction documents for various building types
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements
- Manage project budgets, schedules, resources, and deliverables
- Oversee project teams and ensure quality control throughout all phases of the project
- Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, consultants, and other stakeholders
- Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, building codes, and regulations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
- At least 10 years of experience in architectural design and project management
- Proven track record of successfully completing projects on time and within budget
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple teams simultaneously
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other architectural software programs
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary package starting at $1400 per month for this full-time position. Visa sponsorship is available for qualified candidates.
