We are currently hiring enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Waiters/Waitresses at our seasonal restaurant in Funchal, Portugal. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to our guests and ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable and memorable.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly attitude
- Present menus, take food and drink orders, and serve them promptly
- Ensure accuracy in taking orders and delivering them correctly to the kitchen
- Provide recommendations on food and drinks based on guest preferences
- Upsell additional items such as desserts or drinks to increase revenue
- Check on guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction
- Handle any guest inquiries or complaints in a professional manner
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, utensils, and dining area
- Handle payments accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate with other team members to provide excellent service

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress is an advantage but not required
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays

Salary: 1600$ per month

This is a seasonal position with no accommodation provided. However, we can assist with finding suitable housing options for those who require it. We also offer visa sponsorship for non-EU citizens.
