Experienced Barista for Temporary English Speaking Job in Chelyabinsk


We are in search of an experienced Barista to join our team for a temporary English speaking job in Chelyabinsk. As a Barista, you will be responsible for creating delicious coffee and tea drinks, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized work space. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working as a Barista and be able to communicate fluently in English. The salary for this position is 1100$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages according to company standards
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service, taking orders and handling payments
- Maintain a clean and organized work space, including cleaning equipment, counters, and seating area
- Follow health and safety guidelines at all times
- Assist with inventory management by keeping track of supplies and placing orders when needed
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and customers in English

Requirements:
- Previous experience working as a Barista or in the food/beverage industry preferred
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high quality standards
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly attitude
- Knowledge of different types of coffee beans, brewing methods, and latte art is an asset
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 30 pounds
