Junior Merchandiser



As a Junior Merchandiser, you will be responsible for assisting the merchandising team in planning and executing product strategies. Your key responsibilities will include conducting market research, analyzing sales data, and collaborating with suppliers to ensure timely and effective delivery of products.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify current trends and consumer preferences
- Analyze sales data to determine product performance and make recommendations for improvement
- Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products
- Assist in developing product pricing strategies based on market trends and competition
- Participate in the creation of product displays and promotional materials
- Monitor inventory levels and make recommendations for replenishment based on sales data
- Work closely with cross-functional teams such as marketing, sales, and production to ensure successful product launches
- Attend trade shows and industry events to gather information on new products and competitors
- Provide support in creating sales forecasts and budgets

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred
- Previous experience in merchandising or retail is a plus but not required
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with suppliers and cross-functional teams
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

Location: Isa Town, Bahrain (Preference will be given to Bahraini nationals)

Salary: $1400 per month plus benefits (including free visa and ticket)
