Part-Time Office Manager


We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team in Kolding. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office, ensuring efficiency and productivity. This is a part-time position with a salary of 1200$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Manage office supplies, including ordering and restocking as needed
- Maintain files and records, both physical and electronic
- Coordinate meetings and appointments, including scheduling and setting up conference rooms
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect inquiries to appropriate staff members
- Assist with invoicing and expense reports
- Keep track of office expenses and budget
- Handle incoming/outgoing mail and packages
- Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, etc.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Must be eligible for visa sponsorship if required
- Preference for female candidates
