Architectural Technologist - Porto, Portugal


We are a dynamic and innovative architecture firm seeking an experienced Architectural Technologist to join our team in Porto, Portugal. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for creating detailed architectural drawings and models using CAD software, conducting site visits and surveys, and coordinating with project managers and other team members to ensure timely completion of projects.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an Architectural Technologist
- Proficiency in CAD software (Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD)
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations in Portugal
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Fluent in Portuguese (both written and spoken)

Responsibilities:
- Create detailed architectural drawings and models using CAD software
- Conduct site visits and surveys to gather information for projects
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and other team members to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Review designs for accuracy, feasibility, and compliance with building codes and regulations
- Prepare presentations for clients and participate in client meetings as needed

Salary:
This is a full-time position with a salary of 1300$ per month.
