Executive Chef - International Cuisine
As an Executive Chef specializing in international cuisine, you will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations and menu development for our restaurant in Ajman. Your main duties will include creating and updating menus, managing food costs and inventory, training and supervising kitchen staff, and ensuring all food is prepared to the highest quality standards. You will also be responsible for maintaining a safe and sanitary work environment and complying with all health and safety regulations.
To excel in this role, you should have at least 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef, preferably in a high-volume restaurant setting. You must have a deep understanding of international cuisine, including dishes from Pakistan and the Philippines. Excellent communication skills are also essential as you will be working closely with a diverse team of kitchen staff. A degree or certification in culinary arts is preferred but not required.
We offer a competitive salary of 1000$ per month, with visa sponsorship for qualified candidates.
