IT Manager


We are hiring an experienced and skilled IT Manager to join our team in Kaunas. As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall technology infrastructure and operations of our company. This includes managing a team of IT professionals, implementing and maintaining systems and networks, and ensuring the security and efficiency of our data and technology resources.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in IT management role
- Strong knowledge of network administration, system security, and data management
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of all technology systems including networks, servers, applications, and databases
- Manage a team of IT professionals and provide guidance, training, and performance evaluations
- Develop and implement strategies for improving efficiency and effectiveness of technology systems
- Ensure the security of company data by implementing backup systems, disaster recovery plans, and network security protocols
- Keep up-to-date with emerging technologies and make recommendations for system upgrades or changes
- Work closely with other departments to understand their technology needs and provide solutions

Salary:
1300$ per month
