IT Manager


We are a dynamic and growing company in the heart of Kaunas, seeking an experienced and highly skilled IT Manager to join our team. Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in information technology, with experience managing projects, teams, and budgets. As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our company's technology infrastructure and ensuring its smooth operation.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans for our company's technology needs
- Manage and maintain all hardware, software, and network systems
- Lead a team of IT professionals in daily tasks and projects
- Evaluate new technologies and make recommendations for updates or improvements
- Monitor system performance to identify potential issues or areas for improvement
- Ensure data security and compliance with regulations
- Create and maintain IT policies and procedures
- Collaborate with other departments to determine technology needs
- Manage budget for IT department

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in IT management
- Strong understanding of network infrastructure, security protocols, and cloud technologies
- Experience managing teams and projects
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure

Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Information Technology or related field
- Experience with Agile project management methodologies
- Knowledge of coding languages such as Java, Python, or HTML
