We are seeking a skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Utena, Lithuania. As the Restaurant Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service and high-quality dining experiences for our guests.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the restaurant, including staff management, inventory control, and financial management.
- Train and supervise employees to ensure excellent customer service and adherence to company policies.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability.
- Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure consistency and compliance with company standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment at all times.
- Address any guest complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new menu items and specials.
- Conduct regular inventory checks to prevent shortages or wastage.
- Oversee scheduling for all employees, taking into account business needs and labor costs.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures.
- Proven track record of increasing revenue through effective sales strategies.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in English (Malayalee language skills preferred).

Salary: 1000$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
