Office Manager
As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office in Os, ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. You will work closely with the management team to implement and maintain office policies and procedures, manage budgets and expenses, and ensure a smooth workflow within the office.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all administrative tasks and ensure they are completed in a timely manner
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures to improve efficiency
- Manage budgets and expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow within the office
- Handle scheduling, booking appointments, and coordinating meetings
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Keep track of employee attendance records and handle any related issues
- Assist with recruitment processes for new employees when needed
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role
- Excellent organizational skills with an ability to multitask
- Strong communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
We offer a competitive salary of 1700$, full-time hours without accommodation. This position is open to all nationalities but candidates must have their own visa.
