Welder Technician


We are seeking a skilled Welder Technician to join our team in Clairvaux. The ideal candidate will have experience in welding and metal fabrication, as well as strong technical skills and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform welding and metal fabrication tasks according to blueprints and specifications
- Operate welding equipment and tools safely and efficiently
- Conduct quality control checks on finished products to ensure they meet standards
- Troubleshoot and repair any welding or fabrication issues that arise
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines while working in the workshop or on job sites
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within budget

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certification in welding preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in welding and metal fabrication, preferably in a similar industry
- Strong technical skills, including the ability to read blueprints and use various hand tools
- Attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work with minimal supervision
- Knowledge of safety procedures for handling hazardous materials and operating equipment
- Ability to lift heavy objects, stand for extended periods of time, and work in various weather conditions
