Our flower shop in the heart of Moscow is seeking a talented and experienced Florist to join our team. As an English speaking florist, you will assist our international clients in selecting and arranging beautiful bouquets and floral arrangements for various occasions. Your creativity and attention to detail will be essential in maintaining our high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Interact with customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Create unique floral arrangements using a variety of flowers, foliage, and accessories
- Maintain inventory of fresh flowers and supplies
- Keep the store clean and organized at all times
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and offering suggestions

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a florist
- Strong knowledge of different types of flowers, plants, and their care requirements
- Excellent communication skills in English (Russian language skills are a plus)
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Creative flair and attention to detail
- Flexibility to work on weekends or holidays if needed
