Game Developer



We are in search of a highly skilled and creative Game Developer to join our team in Almada. As a Game Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing and implementing various video games for multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the game design team to conceptualize and develop game ideas
- Write efficient, optimized and well-documented code for games
- Design and implement game functionality, including but not limited to graphics, sound, animation and user interface
- Troubleshoot and debug code to ensure smooth gameplay experience
- Continuously optimize game performance for different platforms
- Stay updated with industry trends and new technologies to incorporate into game development

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or relevant field
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Game Developer or similar role
- Proficient in programming languages such as C++, C# or Java
- Experience with mobile game development is a plus
- Strong understanding of game design principles and mechanics
- Knowledge of game engines such as Unity or Unreal Engine
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1400 per month.

Location:
This is a contract position located in Almada. Accommodation will be provided for the duration of the contract.
