As a Relationship Executive at SBI Card, you function as the primary point of contact between the company and its potential customers, usually stationed within an SBI bank branch or a partner retail outlet. Your goal is to build trust and "relate" the card's benefits to the specific needs of the customer to drive long-term usage and sales.

​Role Details in 4 to 5 Lines:

​Acquisition & Advisory: You identify prospective customers within the bank or retail hub, advising them on which credit card variant (e.g., Cashback, Prime, or Elite) best suits their lifestyle.

​Relationship Management: You act as a liaison, maintaining positive rapport with bank branch staff to ensure a steady flow of leads and referrals.

​Application Ownership: You manage the entire onboarding journey, from initial pitch and documentation (KYC) to final submission, ensuring a smooth customer experience.

​Target Performance: You are responsible for achieving specific monthly sales and quality targets, which directly impact your performance incentives and growth within the company.
