Job Description

K2 Global Staffing is expanding its recruitment network in Asia and is looking for recruitment partners and recruiters to cooperate in sourcing personnel for Norwegian employers.

This opportunity is suitable for recruitment agencies, independent recruiters, and manpower partners with access to local labor markets.

Responsibilities

  • Recruitment and pre-selection of candidates

  • Initial interviews and document collection

  • Cooperation with K2 Global Staffing team

  • Providing candidates according to agreed requirements

  • Maintaining communication and recruitment reporting

Requirements

  • Experience in recruitment or manpower supply

  • Access to candidates in Asia

  • Understanding of international recruitment processes

  • English communication skills

  • Reliability and long-term cooperation mindset
