YOUR TASKS:

• Conduct a sales audit and develop a profit‑scaling plan.

• Improve key metrics monthly: conversion rates at each stage of the funnel, average check, total revenue, share of repeat deals.

• Rebuild and strengthen the sales team: assess competencies, replace underperformers, establish a motivation system.

• Develop / optimize sales tools (scripts, guidelines, CRM funnels).

• Train the team, set ambitious goals, monitor achievement, and implement best sales practices.

REQUIREMENTS:

• At least 1 year of experience as a Head of Sales (in IT, fintech, trading, or related fields is a plus).

• Proven success in team management: meeting targets, improving metrics, building efficient processes.

• Expert knowledge of sales techniques, deep understanding of the funnel and metrics (conversion, LTV, CAC, etc.).

• Leadership skills: ability to inspire, resolve conflicts, and provide constructive feedback.

• CRM proficiency (experience with Bitrix24 is a strong plus).

• Analytical mindset: making data‑driven decisions rather than relying on intuition.

• Higher education (preferably in economics, management, or IT).

• Mandatory: high proficiency in one of the following languages: Polish, Italian, Greek, Spanish, Serbian, Hungarian, Arabic, Turkish, or English.
