What you have to do:
Building and scaling a department from scratch: hiring, onboarding, training, and adapting employees to different time zones.
Development of sales strategies for different markets, creation of scripts and negotiation scenarios (including correspondence in messengers — Telegram, WhatsApp, WeChat, etc.).
Distributed team management: daily meetings, KPI monitoring, motivation, mentoring.
Setting up and administering CRM Bitrix24 — funnels, reports, process automation.
Personal participation in difficult negotiations with key clients, demonstration of expertise.
Analytics and reporting: search for growth points, increase conversions, transparent reporting to management.
Our expectations (requirements) Experience in managing a sales department (Team Lead / Head of Sales) in international projects remotely for at least 2 years with proven results.
The second foreign language (required!) is one of the following: German, Italian, Spanish, Polish, Ukrainian, Turkish, Hungarian (Intermediate+ level for a full—fledged dialogue with clients).
Understanding financial markets and trading is desirable in order to quickly immerse yourself in the specifics of the product and speak the same language with clients (experience working in fintech, brokerage companies or investment platforms will be your advantage).
Ownership of Bitrix24 CRM — from basic setup to complex reports and automation.
Negotiation skills in the digital environment: the ability to quickly and competently conduct a dialogue in messengers, knowledge of business etiquette from different countries, confident video meetings.
