Entry-Level Manager


We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Entry-Level Manager to join our team in Dubai. As an English-speaking manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our company, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate daily tasks and activities of the company
- Monitor and track progress of projects and ensure timely completion
- Communicate with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders in a professional manner
- Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and productivity
- Train, mentor, and supervise team members
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees
- Handle any issues or conflicts that arise within the team or with clients
- Prepare reports on company performance and present them to senior management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (MBA preferred)
- Fluent in English (additional languages a plus)
- 1-2 years of experience in a management role (experience in Dubai preferred)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities
- Proven track record of meeting targets and achieving results
- Familiarity with project management tools/software is a plus

Salary: $1600/month (tax-free) + accommodation provided
