Administrative Manager

Seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Manager to oversee the daily operations of our company in Medina, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role, with excellent communication and leadership skills. Responsibilities include managing office supplies and equipment, coordinating schedules and meetings, handling correspondence, and supervising administrative staff. Strong knowledge of office software (MS Office) and fluency in Malayalam is required. Must have a valid visa for Saudi Arabia or be able to obtain one. This is an urgent position with a competitive salary of 1600$. Malayalee candidates are preferred.
