Retail Sales Associate

As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales in our retail store in Medina. You will assist customers with their purchases, answer any questions they may have, and promote products and services. This position requires strong communication skills, as well as a friendly and outgoing personality to create a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greeting and assisting customers with their purchases
- Providing product knowledge and recommendations to customers
- Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the store
- Processing transactions accurately through our point-of-sale system
- Promoting special offers, promotions, and events to customers
- Handling customer inquiries and resolving any issues or complaints
- Stocking shelves and maintaining inventory levels
- Collaborating with team members to achieve sales goals

Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if needed
- Strong communication skills in English (French is an asset)
- Friendly demeanor with excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately
