Retail Sales Associate in Medina (Visa Sponsorship Available)


We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team in Medina. As a sales associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting and selling products, and maintaining the overall appearance of the store.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a timely and professional manner
- Recommend and demonstrate products to meet customers' needs
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using POS system
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking shelves
- Participate in promotional events to increase sales

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Previous retail sales experience is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Must be legally eligible to work in Medina with visa sponsorship available
