Customer Service Representative
We are seeking a customer service representative to join our team in Medina. As a customer service representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients over the phone. Your main duties will include answering incoming calls, responding to customer inquiries and complaints, and resolving any issues or concerns they may have. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls from clients and provide them with information or assistance as needed
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers in our database
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure effective communication and resolution of customer concerns
- Follow company policies and procedures when handling customer interactions
- Upsell products or services when appropriate
Requirements:
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle difficult customers with professionalism
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred but not required
- Kenyan nationality is preferred
- Must have own visa for working in Medina
Salary: 1500$ per month (full-time)
