We are seeking a skilled Merchandiser to join our team in Al-Kuwait. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for planning and implementing strategies to increase product visibility and sales. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create and implement merchandising plans for assigned products
- Ensure that products are displayed according to company standards
- Monitor inventory levels and make recommendations for restocking as needed
- Collaborate with sales team to identify new opportunities for product placement
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity
- Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement
- Communicate with suppliers to coordinate deliveries and resolve any issues
- Train store employees on product features and benefits
- Maintain relationships with clients and ensure their satisfaction with our products

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field preferred
- 2+ years of experience in merchandising or retail sales
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with a team
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Salary:
Starting salary of $1200 per month.

Location:
This position is based in Al-Kuwait. We welcome applicants of any nationality who are fluent in English.
