We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Merchandiser to join our team in Al-Kuwait. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for planning and implementing effective merchandising strategies to increase sales and profitability. You will work closely with the sales team to ensure that products are displayed in an appealing manner and inventory levels are maintained.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement merchandising plans for various product categories
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs and preferences
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and make recommendations for product assortment
- Ensure that products are displayed according to company guidelines and standards
- Monitor inventory levels and make recommendations for replenishment or clearance of slow-moving items
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure proper implementation of merchandising strategies
- Train store staff on proper product placement, signage, and displays
- Work with suppliers to negotiate pricing, promotions, and placement of products in stores
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Merchandiser in the retail industry
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data effectively
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Fluency in Arabic is preferred but not required
