Merchandiser Sales Representative

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Merchandiser Sales Representative to join our team in Al-Kuwait, Kuwait. As a Merchandiser Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products to potential customers, ensuring that our merchandise is displayed attractively and effectively in retail stores, and maintaining positive relationships with clients.

Responsibilities:
- Visiting retail stores to display merchandise and ensure proper placement
- Conducting product demonstrations and providing information to customers about features and benefits
- Taking inventory of products and restocking shelves as needed
- Negotiating with store managers for optimal product placement and promotions
- Building relationships with store managers and staff to increase sales opportunities
- Identifying new sales opportunities within assigned territory
- Reporting sales data to the sales team on a regular basis
- Maintaining knowledge of current market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences
- Providing excellent customer service by addressing any inquiries or concerns from clients

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Proven experience as a Merchandiser or similar role
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must be fluent in English; Arabic language skills preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1200 per month.

Working Hours:
This is a full-time position, with working hours from 9am to 5pm Monday through Friday.
