Head Waiter - Al-Kuwait

We are in search of a skilled and experienced Head Waiter to join our team at a high-end restaurant in Al-Kuwait. As the Head Waiter, you will be responsible for overseeing the waitstaff, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a professional and efficient dining experience for our guests. This position is suitable for male candidates with experience working as a waiter in English-speaking countries.

Key Responsibilities:
- Train and supervise waitstaff on proper serving techniques, menu knowledge, and customer service
- Create staff schedules and ensure adequate coverage during busy periods
- Monitor food quality and presentation, ensuring all dishes meet the restaurant's standards
- Take orders, serve food and drinks, and handle any guest inquiries or concerns
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area at all times

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a waiter in high-end restaurants or hotels
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate waitstaff
- Customer service-oriented with a friendly and professional attitude
- Must have own visa for employment in Al-Kuwait

Salary: 1700$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
