Office Assistant (Kuwait)
We are in search of a competent and organized Office Assistant to join our team in Al-Kuwait. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth running of the office.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls and redirect them to the appropriate person or take messages
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and packages
- Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock levels and placing orders
- Keep the office clean and organized at all times
- Assist with basic accounting tasks, such as issuing invoices and tracking expenses
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for the team
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Proven work experience as an Office Assistant or in a similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Salary:
This is a contract job with a salary of 1000$ per month. Please note that this position is suitable for men only.
