Our reputable company in Abu Dhabi is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager to join our team. As the Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our business and ensuring its success. This position is only open to Indian candidates who have a strong background in management and are fluent in English.

Responsibilities:
- Develop strategies and plans to achieve company goals and objectives
- Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and resource allocation
- Manage and lead a team of employees, providing guidance and support as needed
- Monitor employee performance and provide feedback for improvement
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient operations
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a management role
- Fluent in English (both written and verbal)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of budgeting, financial planning, and project management principles
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Salary: 1000$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
