Contract Manager (Egyptian/Kenyan Nationals, Accommodation Provided)



We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Contract Manager to join our team in El-Ain, Egypt. As a Contract Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the negotiation and management of contracts with clients and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Negotiate contract terms and conditions with clients and suppliers
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements
- Monitor contract performance and identify any potential risks or issues
- Develop strategies to improve contract efficiency and profitability
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure successful execution of contracts
- Maintain accurate records of all contracts and related documents
- Provide guidance to junior staff on contract management processes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in contract management, preferably in the construction industry
- Strong negotiation skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of legal requirements and contract law
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Biometric passport required for travel purposes
