Manager - Indian Community Services

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager to oversee our Indian Community Services in El-Ain. As the Manager, you will be responsible for providing support and resources to the Indian community in El-Ain, ensuring their needs are met and their voices are heard.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with members of the Indian community, as well as relevant organizations and government agencies.
- Identify the needs of the community and develop programs and services to address those needs.
- Manage a team of staff and volunteers, providing guidance, support, and supervision.
- Oversee the budget for Indian Community Services, ensuring funds are used effectively.
- Plan and coordinate events and activities that promote cultural awareness within the community.
- Advocate for the rights of the Indian community and provide support in times of crisis or conflict.
- Maintain accurate records of all activities, including attendance, finances, and program evaluations.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in social work or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years experience working with immigrant communities, preferably within an NGO or non-profit organization.
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Hindi or other Indian languages would be an asset).
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Empathetic and culturally sensitive approach to working with diverse communities.
- Knowledge of local resources for immigrants in El-Ain is preferred.

This is a full-time position with a salary of 1500$. Accommodation can be provided if needed. This role requires someone who is passionate about supporting their community, has excellent organizational skills, and is able to work independently as well as part of a team.
