Bilingual Secretary

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Bilingual Secretary to join our team in Yanbu, Saudi Arabia. As a Bilingual Secretary, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our company's executives and managers. This is a full-time job with a salary of 1000$, including accommodation and visa sponsorship for Canadian citizens.
Responsibilities:
- Manage executives' calendars, schedule appointments and arrange meetings
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, reports, presentations, and other documents
- Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate person or department
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including flight bookings and hotel reservations
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Assist with organizing company events or meetings as needed
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, distributing, and filing documents
- Translate documents from English to French for our Canadian clients as needed
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a secretary or administrative assistant
- Fluent in both English and French languages
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Able to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information
