Supply Manager - Riyadh, Saudi Arabia



As a Supply Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the procurement and distribution of goods and services in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Your main goal will be to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality products while also optimizing costs and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers. We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who is able to manage a team and work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs
- Identify potential suppliers, negotiate contracts, and maintain relationships with existing ones
- Monitor inventory levels to ensure timely delivery of goods and timely reordering
- Collaborate with various departments to understand their supply needs and develop plans accordingly
- Oversee the logistics of product distribution, including transportation, storage, and delivery
- Analyze market trends and stay updated on industry developments to make informed decisions about sourcing and pricing
- Manage a team of supply chain professionals, providing guidance, training, performance evaluations, etc.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations related to procurement and distribution

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in supply chain management or procurement
- Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, logistics, inventory management, etc.
- Proven negotiation skills
- Excellent communication skills in English (Malayalee candidates preferred)
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proficiency in using MS Office applications
- Experience working in the Middle East region is preferred

Salary: 1100$ per month
