Logistics Coordinator - English Speaking (Malayalee)

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Riyadh. As a Malayalee, you will be responsible for coordinating the efficient and timely movement of goods and materials from suppliers to customers. This is a contract position that requires excellent communication skills in English, as well as experience in logistics and supply chain management. You must also have your own visa and be able to start immediately. This is an urgent role, so we need someone who can hit the ground running. If you have a strong understanding of logistics processes and can work well under pressure, we want to hear from you.

As a Logistics Coordinator, your main duties will include tracking shipments, managing inventory levels, coordinating with suppliers and freight forwarders, and ensuring timely delivery to customers. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and providing regular updates on shipment status to all stakeholders. Additionally, you will play a key role in identifying areas for improvement in our logistics operations and implementing necessary changes.

To excel in this role, you should have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively. You must also have excellent communication skills in English to effectively communicate with our international suppliers and customers. Familiarity with supply chain management software is preferred.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
- Strong understanding of logistics processes
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Own valid visa for Saudi Arabia

Salary: 1600$ per month
