IT Manager

As an IT Manager in our company, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall IT operations and strategies. You will work closely with department heads to identify their technology needs and ensure that they are met efficiently and effectively. Your role will also involve managing a team of IT professionals, providing technical support to employees, and implementing new systems and technologies as needed. You will be based in our office in Riyadh, but may occasionally travel to other locations.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT strategies to support the company's goals and objectives
- Manage a team of IT professionals, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Work closely with department heads to understand their technology needs and provide solutions
- Oversee the installation, maintenance, and upgrading of hardware and software systems
- Ensure data security by implementing appropriate measures
- Troubleshoot network issues and provide technical support to employees
- Keep up-to-date with advancements in technology and make recommendations for improvements
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors for hardware, software, and other technology needs
- Create budgets for IT expenses and monitor spending

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in an IT management role
- Strong understanding of network infrastructure, hardware & software systems, data security, and cloud computing
- Experience managing a team of IT professionals
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate technical information to non-tech savvy individuals
- Proven track record of successfully implementing new technologies
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational skills
