Hotel Sales Manager



We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Riyadh. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue and increase occupancy rates. You will also manage a team of sales representatives and work closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

- Minimum of 5 years experience in hotel sales management
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies
- Knowledge of hospitality industry trends
- Fluency in English (Malayalee or Egyptian nationality preferred)

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue
- Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives
- Build relationships with potential clients through networking events, trade shows, etc.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure excellent customer service
- Analyze sales data and make necessary adjustments to meet targets
