Our bakery in Dubai is looking for a skilled and experienced Baker to join our team. We specialize in creating high-quality baked goods and desserts using traditional recipes and techniques.

Job Summary:
As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing a variety of baked goods such as bread, cakes, pastries, and other desserts. You will also be responsible for ensuring that all products are made to the highest standard of quality and taste.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare doughs and batters according to traditional or customized recipes
- Bake bread, cakes, cookies and other pastries using different types of ovens
- Create new recipes and menu items based on customer preferences
- Decorate cakes and pastries using various techniques
- Maintain inventory of baking ingredients and supplies
- Ensure all products are presented in an attractive manner in our display case
- Adhere to health and safety standards at all times

Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience working as a Baker in a professional kitchen or bakery
- Knowledge of traditional baking techniques and recipes
- Creativity to develop new menu items and decorations
- Attention to detail and ability to consistently produce high-quality products
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining cleanliness and organization
