We are hiring a detail-oriented and creative Wedding Planner to join our team in Jeddah. As a Wedding Planner, you will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of weddings, from initial consultations with clients to the execution of the event. The ideal candidate will have experience in event planning, strong organizational skills, and excellent communication skills. This is a contract position with a salary of $1200 per month and includes accommodation. This role is suitable for both men and women.

Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to understand their wedding vision and budget
- Develop detailed wedding plans, including timelines and budgets
- Coordinate with vendors such as florists, caterers, and musicians
- Negotiate contracts with vendors to secure the best prices for clients
- Assist with designing wedding themes and decor
- Manage guest lists and RSVPs
- Coordinate transportation for the wedding party and guests
- Oversee the setup and execution of the wedding day
- Handle any issues or emergencies that may arise during the event
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction

Requirements:
- Experience in event planning, particularly in weddings (experience with cultural weddings is a plus)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written (fluency in English is required)
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of local vendors in Jeddah is preferred but not required
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
