Certified Personal Trainer for Fitness and Wellness Center in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia


Our fitness and wellness center in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Certified Personal Trainer to join our team. As a Personal Trainer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing personalized exercise programs for clients of all fitness levels. This position requires a strong understanding of fitness principles, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping others achieve their health and fitness goals.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial consultations with clients to assess their fitness levels, goals, and any injuries or medical conditions
- Design personalized exercise programs based on clients' individual needs and goals
- Demonstrate proper form and technique for various exercises to ensure clients' safety
- Motivate and support clients during training sessions to help them reach their goals
- Track clients' progress and adjust exercise programs as needed
- Provide nutrition guidance to clients to help them achieve optimal results
- Maintain a clean and organized training area at all times

Requirements:
- Must hold a valid certification from an accredited organization (e.g. NASM, ACE)
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Personal Trainer, preferably in a gym or fitness center setting
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic proficiency is an asset)
- Passion for health and fitness with the ability to motivate others
- Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and exercise science principles
- Ability to adapt training techniques for clients with different needs or limitations
