Immigration Attorney for Kenyans in Medina


We are seeking a qualified and experienced Immigration Attorney to join our team in Medina. As an Immigration Attorney, you will be responsible for providing legal advice and representation to Kenyan clients seeking visas or residency in Medina. Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Law or related field
- 3+ years of experience as an Immigration Attorney
- Experience working with Kenyan clients preferred
- Expertise in immigration laws and procedures
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple cases simultaneously

Responsibilities:
- Review visa applications and supporting documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with immigration laws
- Prepare legal briefs, motions, and other relevant documents for immigration court hearings
- Represent clients in immigration court hearings and provide strong advocacy on their behalf
- Provide legal advice to clients on available visa options, eligibility requirements, and application procedures
- Keep up-to-date with changes in immigration laws and regulations that may affect Kenyan clients
- Collaborate with other attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to ensure efficient handling of cases

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1300$ per month for this position.
