Administrative Assistant - Medina, Pakistan
We are in need of an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team in Medina, Pakistan. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide support to our company by handling various administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing correspondence, and organizing meetings.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail
- Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings
- Maintain office supplies inventory
- Prepare and modify documents including reports, memos, and presentations
- Organize and maintain physical and electronic files
- Assist with travel arrangements for company staff
- Perform clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and photocopying
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role
- Excellent communication skills in English (Urdu is a plus)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1700$ per month.
