Art Director - Contract Position in Medina

We are seeking a talented and creative Art Director to join our team in Medina on a contract basis. As the Art Director, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the visual design process, from concept development to final execution. You will work closely with our team of designers and collaborate with other departments to ensure that all creative projects align with our brand vision and meet client objectives.

In this role, you must have a strong eye for detail and be able to provide strategic direction to our design team. You should also have excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively present your ideas and concepts to clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute creative concepts for various projects, including advertising campaigns, branding initiatives, and digital designs
- Collaborate with designers to guide the visual direction of projects
- Review and approve all design deliverables, ensuring they meet brand standards and client requirements
- Work closely with other departments to understand project objectives and provide creative solutions that align with business goals
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in design, advertising, and branding
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design or related field
- At least 3 years of experience as an Art Director or similar role in an agency or in-house creative team
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work across various platforms
- Proficient in industry standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite
- Excellent communication, presentation, and time management skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Salary: $1600 monthly (contract position)
