Livestock Specialist

As a Livestock Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the health and well-being of our livestock in Abu-Dhabi. This includes monitoring their nutrition, handling any medical issues, and ensuring proper living conditions. You will also be in charge of breeding programs and maintaining records of herd health and production.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor the health and well-being of livestock, including providing necessary medical care.
- Manage nutrition plans for all livestock, ensuring they receive proper feed and supplements.
- Oversee breeding programs to ensure healthy offspring.
- Maintain accurate records of herd health and production.
- Regularly inspect living conditions for livestock, making any necessary improvements.
- Train and oversee a team of livestock workers to assist with daily tasks.
- Stay up-to-date with industry standards and best practices for livestock care.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Animal Science or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience working with livestock, preferably in a similar role.
- Knowledge of animal nutrition, breeding techniques, and herd management.
- Ability to handle large animals safely and effectively.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills to effectively train and manage a team.
- Physical fitness to handle the demands of working with livestock.

Salary: $1000 per month

Location: Abu-Dhabi
