Legal Adviser

We are seeking a qualified Legal Adviser to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As a Legal Adviser, you will be responsible for providing legal advice and guidance to our clients, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, and representing them in legal matters. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience as a legal adviser and possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1300$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on various matters such as contracts, employment law, intellectual property, etc.
- Research and analyze laws, regulations, and precedents to support legal opinions.
- Draft legal documents including contracts, agreements, and policies.
- Represent clients in court proceedings or negotiations.
- Conduct due diligence on potential business partners or mergers/acquisitions.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Law or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a legal adviser.
- Excellent communication skills in English (fluency in Hindi or French is a plus).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Preference will be given to candidates who have experience working with Indian or Canadian clients. This is a full-time position without accommodation provided. Freshers with relevant education may also apply.
