Industrial Engineer - Abu Dhabi, UAE

We are currently hiring an experienced Industrial Engineer to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As an Industrial Engineer, you will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing production processes to increase efficiency, reduce waste and improve overall quality. This is a contract position with a competitive salary of 1700$, accommodation provided, and open to applicants of all nationalities.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct time and motion studies to analyze current production processes and identify areas for improvement
- Develop and implement new strategies to increase productivity, reduce waste and improve quality control
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas of improvement and implement solutions
- Use statistical analysis and data modeling tools to optimize production processes
- Monitor production operations and provide recommendations for process improvements as needed
- Prepare reports on production performance, including efficiency levels, cost reduction initiatives, and quality control metrics
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology to drive innovation within the organization

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the manufacturing industry
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use statistical analysis tools such as Six Sigma or Lean methodology
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Experience working with cross-functional teams is preferred
