House Manager in Abu Dhabi

We are looking for a professional and experienced House Manager to oversee the operations and maintenance of a private residence in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the household staff, coordinating schedules, and overseeing the overall cleanliness and organization of the home. They should have excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as knowledge of household management practices. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1500$, and accommodation will be provided.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of household management, including supervising staff, creating schedules, and managing budgets
- Ensure the proper maintenance and upkeep of the residence, including cleaning, laundry, and repairs
- Coordinate with vendors to schedule services such as landscaping, pest control, and home repairs
- Manage household inventories and make purchases as needed
- Plan and organize events or gatherings hosted at the residence
- Maintain confidentiality of all household matters
- Communicate effectively with other household members to ensure their needs are met
- Handle any special requests or tasks assigned by the employer

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role as a House Manager or Household Manager
- Knowledge of household management practices, including cleaning techniques, inventory management, event planning, etc.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise staff effectively
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
- Flexibility to work on weekends or evenings when needed
- Biometric passport required for travel purposes
